Overview

This is the programme for people accountable for adoption, not just usage.

Across four live Thursday sessions you'll work through the reality of rolling Copilot out: licensing and readiness, role-based use cases that actually change behaviour, the governance and data-protection questions you'll be asked, and how to drive and measure adoption once the novelty wears off.

Sessions are interactive. Bring your own scenarios, blockers and awkward stakeholder questions and you'll leave with answers you can use on Monday.

You finish with practitioner-level certification and an enablement plan for your own organisation.

You don't need to attend every session live. All sessions are recorded and hosted in your learning portal alongside the resources, so you can revisit them at any time. We recommend joining live where you can.

Session breakdown

01

Readiness and licensing reality

What has to be true before Copilot can work.

What you master

  • Assess data, permissions and content readiness honestly
  • Understand licensing decisions and their consequences
  • Choose a first cohort that will succeed

Tools you get

  • Readiness assessment

The checklist we use to score an organisation before rollout.

  • Rollout sequencing plan

A phased plan template for your first six months.

OutcomeYou know whether you're ready, and what to fix first if you aren't.

02

Role-based use cases

Adoption happens job by job, not app by app.

What you master

  • Build use cases for specific roles rather than generic demos
  • Design enablement that changes daily behaviour
  • Identify and equip champions who carry it forward

Tools you get

  • Role-based use-case pack

Use cases mapped to common business roles.

  • Champion enablement kit

Everything a champion needs to run their own sessions.

OutcomeYou have enablement material tailored to the roles in your organisation.

03

Governance and safe use

The questions that stall rollouts.

What you master

  • Handle data-protection and oversharing concerns credibly
  • Set safe-use policy people will actually follow
  • Work with IT, legal and information governance rather than around them

Tools you get

  • Safe-use policy template

A practical starting policy you can adapt.

  • Stakeholder Q&A pack

Straight answers to the hardest questions you'll be asked.

OutcomeYou can hold the room when governance questions come up.

04

Driving and measuring adoption

Making it stick after launch week.

What you master

  • Diagnose why adoption stalls and intervene early
  • Choose measures that reflect real behaviour change
  • Report adoption in terms leadership cares about

Tools you get

  • Adoption measurement framework

The metrics worth tracking, and the ones to ignore.

  • Stall diagnosis playbook

Common failure patterns and what to do about each.

OutcomeYou can prove and sustain adoption, not just launch it.

What learners say

I'd run one rollout already and it stalled. This programme showed me exactly why, and what to do differently the second time.

The governance session saved me weeks. I walked into our information governance meeting with real answers.

Being live mattered. Getting our own awkward scenarios answered in the room was the whole value.
